Terms and Conditions — Local Moving Services

Reservations

Reservations require written confirmation from VANJORG TRANSPORT SERVICES LLC and are subject to availability.

For jobs estimated to take more than 5 hours, a deposit equal to 30% of the estimated moving cost is required to confirm the reservation. The deposit is credited toward the final service total.

For jobs estimated to take 5 hours or less, no deposit is required. The reservation is confirmed in writing.

Estimates and Service Changes

Estimates are based on the information provided about the inventory, addresses, access conditions, and services requested.

For hourly services, the final total depends on the actual billable time and the agreed rates, subject to applicable requirements. An estimated duration is not a guaranteed completion time.

Changes to the inventory, locations, stairs, elevator access, or requested services may require a revised estimate. Any revised rates or additional charges must be communicated and agreed to in writing before the additional work, subject to applicable requirements.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested in writing by WhatsApp or email. Notice is measured from the time we receive the request to the scheduled service start time.

For cancellations received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

For cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, customers may transfer their deposit once to an available service date within 60 days of the original date.

If the customer chooses to cancel permanently instead, no automatic deposit forfeiture applies under this policy. Any proposed deduction must be lawful and supported by terms disclosed and accepted before the deposit was paid. Otherwise, the deposit will be refunded.

Rescheduling

Customers may request one date change without a rescheduling penalty by providing at least 48 hours’ written notice.

Requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will be accommodated when availability permits. For jobs with a deposit, the one-time transfer described above applies.

A requested date is not reserved until VANJORG confirms it in writing. Any change in the service scope or price will also be confirmed in writing.

Emergencies and Unsafe Weather

We review emergencies individually and offer rescheduling without penalty when unsafe weather or an emergency prevents the service from proceeding safely.

Cancellation by VANJORG

If VANJORG cancels the service and the customer does not agree to an alternative date, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be initiated within 5 business days after confirmation. The time required for the funds to become available may depend on the payment provider.

Existing Reservations and Scope

These terms apply to new local moving reservations after they have been provided to the customer and accepted. Existing reservations retain their previously agreed conditions.

Interstate moves require separate written terms and applicable disclosures. These website terms do not replace required moving documents or limit rights provided by applicable law.
